At last, the quest is over, I have found decent enchiladas in Santiago.
Due to several previous disappointments, I had all but given up on finding authentic Mexican food here; but just the other day, my friend excitedly told me about La Mordida, and we naturally went immediately.

Pizza at Tiramisú
A thriving Italian-style pizzeria, Tiramisú is the place to go for a quality, homemade pies.
Located on Isidora Goyenechea, the restaurant is gigantic and fantastic. Honestly, you walk into the place and it just seems to keep going and going, room after room.
In Santiago´s version of Manhattan—Sanhattan—the restaurant, with its modern ambience and style, fits right in. Fortunately, the prices are the only thing not posh, rather quite affordable for what you get.

Not too long ago I attended Santiago´s 4th Annual Carnaval Barranquilla, a tribute to Colombia´s Carribean Carnaval in the city of Barranquilla. It was fantastic!

Eclectic interiors and delicious modern Chilean cuisine, Liguria is a funky restaurant/bar that I highly recommend. Though it´s a little pricey, you get what you pay for. The service is great—not always the case here in Chile—the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is one-of-a-kind.
