Halloween is the day of the death

Halloween is the day of the death

We know that many of you like to have excuses for long weekends, well,  this year there come two together: the Day of the Evangelic and Protestant Churches (Monday, October 31st) and All Saint's Day (Tuesday, November 1st) which brings us to a long and relaxing weekend of four days.

Respecting all of you who share the religious celebrations, we would like to provide a list of "Halloween Parties" which are hold in the city on Monday, October 31st as during the past years it has become a tradition that not only children dress up to go for the "trick and treat", but also adults take the opportunity to personify their favorite figures (not necessarily horrific ones).

"Noche de Brujas" (Which Night)
Open Blondie Halloween 2011

A classic of the classics. That night Blondie will give life to one of the most emblematic parties for All Saint's Day.

With 8 dance floors, more than 12 DJs and some presentations, I would say if you like rock-pop music (including all genres such as brit-pop, electro dance, indie, etc.,, etc., etc.) this is the right place.
Tickets: From $5.000 CLP to $7.000 CLP
Club Hípico de Santiago, Av. Blanco Encalada N°2540

"Halloween Party 2011"
California Cantina and Gran Central

This is less classic, but more gringo. The friends of California Cantina and Gran Central are organizing a big party with an award for the best disguise and how they state on their flyer: "horrifying set of pictures" (?).
Tickets: $2.000 CLP with disguise and $5.000 CLP without disguise.
Las Urbinas 44 y 56, Providencia.

Fiesta en la Ciudad Edición Halloween

In a known location, Chucre Manzur 6 (Ex Oz), will take place this horrifying Fiesta de la Ciudad, the official party of the eighties and nineties. With live shows, disguise competitions, movies and atmosphere of terror, this party cannot be missed this Halloween 2011.

Note that there will be a show of the official Michael Jackson double!
Tickets: $5.000 CLP pre-selling and $7.000 general.  Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster.

"HalloWeekend"
Suka Club

This party will be a bit more electronic and expensive as the star of the night will be the Puerto Rican DY Robbie Rivera, ticket prices start from $15.000 CLP.

If you like house music or if you are looking for something to warm up for the Creamfields this is the best option.
Tickets are sold through Feriaticket.

"Fiesta Anti Halloween"
Club Chocolate

Well, for those who don't identify with deadly celebrations and don't want to dress up, there's also an option. With music from the eighties and nineties, Raúl Soto will be the host of this event at Club Chocolate.
Tickets: $8.000 CLP general (with additional fee) and $12.000 CLP VIP. Sold through Ticketmaster.
Antonia Lopez de Bello 048, Bellavista.
