Pina Bausch
It's not a secret that in Santiago many things are going on, sometimes of short duration, but that can't be missed. So we would like to spread the word. For example about the In-Edit 2011.
I cannot stop reminding you of the good movies that can be seen at the five locations Teatro Nescafé de las Artes, Centro Cultural Gam, Sala Cine UC, Centro Arte Alameda, and a this year's special one: Cine Hoyts in La Reina) until Sunday, December 18. I especially would like to point-out the posthumous tribute by Wim Wenders to the great dancer and choreographer Pina Bausch.
I have chosen the trailer of the movie as our video of the week, as its duration of 1 minute 31 seconds leaves totally clear the poetic art, the movement, the music and the power of this German movie, candidate for the Academy Awards 2011 for Best Foreign Movie.
