Chile and wine are basically synonymous. And that makes me very happy to live here.
With hundreds of vineyards to tour and wines to savor, one could spend a long and joyous time in this grand country. However, if you´re not a millionaire, but still would like to get a taste, may I recommend you visit the very well-known Concha y Toro vineyard.

With temperatures reaching up into the 90's and very little precipitation, trying to stay cool in Santiago can be a little difficult. So, one good remedy for this predicament: ice-cold, alcoholic beverages. Because there is such a wide variety of tasty drinks and one can become easily overwhelmed with so many choices, let us here at Ciu Santiago give you a few recommendations:

One of the advantages of Santiago is that it is close to everything. In just a short amount of time one can be surrounded by trees and hills, breathe the fresh air, and feel completely disconnected from the hustle and bustle of city life.
